The advantage of using calendering machine to produce TPU:
1. Environment friendly : TPU is biodegradable, and it’s colorless, non-toxic, tasteless, no plasticizer and non heavy metal.
2. Process friendly : There is no VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission situation. We don’t use any organic solvent and plasticizer in our production. Therefore, there is no remaining solvent problems like butanone, DMF and toluene. It’s not only process friendly but also operating friendly to operator.
